Deadpool & Wolverine: 10/10

I had opening day tickets to this movie-juggernaut (at least from the marketing budget perspective) but sadly plans went array so I’ve spent three days avoiding spoilers to enjoy this film first-hand. Ryan Reynolds is at his sassy best, breaking the 4th wall as if it wasn’t there and connecting with me as an audience member and marvel fanboy in a way that recent marvel offerings simply haven’t. Hugh Jackman was wonderful too and seeing the two of them together on screen was finally a big ol’ hit for Marvel in this metaphorical game of battleships. Deadpool & Wolverine is a masterpiece, get yourself down to the cinema and enjoy every minute of it.
